She’s known as the “fast-talkin’ Texan”—an interesting and delightful oxymoron—Denise A. Liotta-Dennis is the founder and president of Dragon-Gate Feng Shui (DGFS), LLC an international consulting and development firm, specializing in authentic Feng Shui site selection, planning, design, audits, and assessments for commercial and residential real estate and construction projects. In 2006, Denise founded The American College of Classical Feng Shui, the training arm of Dragon-Gate, a premier platform to learn Classical Feng Shui.
Born to a Houston entrepreneurial family, Denise, who possesses a quarter century of business ownership experience, is among a rare breed of Feng Shui consultants. Denise not only resonates with all things spiritual, she talks the language and walks in the shoes of business people.
Growing up in the shadow of her father’s construction and real estate development companies, Denise discovered early in life an innate love of business lifestyles and entrepreneurship. Her work with Feng Shui is also an outgrowth of a natural affinity for interior design. In fact, Denise has more than thirty years experience working in interior design, including residential and commercial projects.

Denise is part of the 400-year-old Wu Chang Pai Feng Shui Mastery lineage of Grandmaster Yap Cheng Hai of Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia, who is one of only five grandmasters of Classical Feng Shui in the world. Denise has followed Master Yap to such exciting venues as South Africa, Germany, and Malaysia. As an avid traveler, Denise continues to enjoy extensive, cross-cultural business travel throughout the world, particularly Europe, South America, and the Pacific Rim.
Denise is regularly featured on television and radio promoting Classical Feng Shui, and she’s writing a series of books and is less than 100 Classical Feng Shui Masters in America.
About Feng Shui...
Feng Shui, introduced to America about 28 years ago, continues to be well-loved; there are over a thousand books on the subject world-wide. However, even those who are well-read on the subject are unaware that there are different types of Feng Shui. There is the authentic, classical and traditional type practiced in Asia for thousands of years and the recent newcomer that is a water-down, westernized version of this ancient science.
